History

Citizens Bank was founded in 1934 in New Haven, Missouri as a Community Owned, Independent Bank and we're proud that we remain Independent today.

We have five full-service banks in Missouri, conveniently located throughout Franklin and Warren Counties: New Haven, Gerald, Pacific, Washington and Marthasville. We provide our customers with various ways to access their accounts at Citizens Bank. Each of our banking centers offers an onsite Drive-up ATM. In addition, Citizens Bank provides a Drive-up ATM at 542 East Osage in Pacific, MO and an ATM inside the Wayside Market, Villa Ridge, MO. Bank from anywhere and anytime with Telebank, our 24-Hour Information line or Citizens e-Branch, our full service internet banking product.
